Social Account Manager - Organic Social Media
£275pd - Outside IR35
Full time (3 days a week in the office)
3-month contract
My client is a leading Social Media Agency and are looking for an Account Manager to work on a popular soft beverages brand. You will be required to support in creating momentum within your team and with your clients to deliver high quality work, and drive growth. You will need organic social media experience as well as account and campaign management experience.
You will be reporting into the Account Director
The Role
- Crafting and presenting proposals for new client programs, conducting presentations, and enhancing current social media campaigns while upselling to current clients.
- Serving as a pivotal link between clients and internal Coolr teams to execute top-tier social media programs, working closely with the Account Director.
- Assisting in the development and oversight of client communication campaigns to surpass objectives and exceed expectations.
- Overseeing daily operations of social media programs to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality output.
- Supporting various tasks across the business, typical of the dynamic environment found within a startup.
You
- Detail-oriented, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of work while maintaining unwavering standards of quality and creativity.
- Approaches problem-solving with a solutions-focused mindset, incorporating innovative thinking.
- Proficient in project delivery from inception to completion, encompassing timeline development, budget oversight, documentation, and adherence to briefs, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled in client reporting and confident in presentation delivery.
- Collaborates with the Account Director in compiling and managing daily budgets.
- Cultivates strong client relationships, fostering trust and inspiring the Coolr team internally.
- Manages, monitors, and negotiates with suppliers and partners to ensure optimal project outcomes in an entrepreneurial fashion.
- Effectively juggles multiple clients, prioritizing tasks and internal resources as needed.
- Demonstrates adeptness in current popular culture and social media trends.
- Communicates proficiently across all levels, exhibiting strong written and verbal skills.
- Thrives both as a team player and independently.
- Displays robust organizational, administrative, and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workplace.
- Exudes a can-do attitude, readily going above and beyond to achieve objectives.
