Temporary Contract Support Administrator - 6-month (temp to perm)
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch
REMOTE working 4 days a week, Wednesday are office based.
Salary: 11.53 per hour

Search Manchester are recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator facilities management company based in Manchester City Centre. My client is looking for an experienced administrator who wants to work in a faced paced environment, initially on a temporary basis but for the right candidate this role could become permanent.
The duties will include:
Overseeing the invoicing and purchase orders for up to 60 locations.
Cross matching completed jobs with invoices.
Identifying anomalies
Challenging invoices in the appropriate time before they are overdue.
Producing monthly reports
Resolving disputes
Provide general admin support
The right candidate will have:
Strong administrative skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Be adaptable to different software/systems
