Hays is working with a leading maintenance and construction organisation, looking for an addition to their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
A skilled administrator, with excellent written and verbal communication, as well as an ability to pick things up quickly and work efficiently.
You will be dealing with contracts, uploading invoices, quotes, liaising with customers and clients as well as providing administrative support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Data Entry experience
- Strong administrative and customer service skills or experience.
- Experience with Microsoft packages.
- System Knowledge of Verisae would be desirable but not essential.
- Experience in Maintenance/ Building services desirable
