Salary: UofG Grade 8, £48,350 - £56,021 per annum.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and open ended. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, highly focused in delivering excellence in service delivery across our Estates Directorate. The successful candidate will work as a key member of our Frameworks and Contracts Team, ensuring all maintenance related commercial and contract matters are managed and controlled in accordance with University governance.
You will also work closely and collaboratively with our finance, technical and operational teams, providing essential budgetary advice and support. This role would be ideal for individuals with advanced commercial management experience in the Facilities Management or Construction sectors, who thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment and enjoy bringing the benefit of their experience to deliver added value and continuous improvement.
In this role you will support Facilities Services Head of Frameworks and Contracts by providing a full range of professional contract surveying and valuation services relating to the management of maintenance and minor works frameworks and contracts.
