Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for one of our clients based in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.
As Contracts Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure that contracts align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Track contract lifecycles, ensuring all obligations, deadlines, and milestones are met.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
- Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes that might affect contracts.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Resolve contract-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance collaboration and client satisfaction.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including versions, amendments, and correspondence.
- Generate regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
