GBP28,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

People Solutions are looking for a Contracts Administrator for our Client based in Bristol.

Day to Day Duties
• Collating and setting up new orders• Setting up survey packs for site measures and calculating approximate material quantities• Coordinating surveys requested and returned to manage work flow for the commercial team• Collating site measures and from these producing job packs detailing areas to be installed and material schedules for ordering (by others)• Filing/Administration• Daily checks of the commercial team voice message system, and delivering messages when and where necessary• Provide holiday cover for the Commercial Department when required• Any additional tasks as requested by Commercial Director.
Essential Skills
• Strong attention to detail skills and an ability to maintain them whilst working under pressure• Excellent organisational skills• A sound, commercial approach to problems and solving them• Proficient in IT (especially Excel, preferably Callidus)
Desirable Experience
• Team Player• Professional & Good Communicator• Full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial
• Proven track record within contract and domestic flooring
