Job Title: Monitoring Administrator
Location: Littlemore Mental Health, Sanford Road, Oxford, OX4 4XN
Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: £12.86 per hour

Must own a car and happy to travel around the Bucks and Oxford area

What you'll be responsible for:
- Responsible for supporting the Contracts & Facilities Team.
- Attend contract meetings, taking minutes and sending out all relevant documentation.
- Monitor the Performance of external providers.
- Communicate with contractors and internal workforce to answer any questions relating to a contract.
- Using several internal software systems, including our Seeker system, Share and E-financials, contractor portals to interrogate information.
- Raising purchase orders, receipting and reconciling invoices for the purchase order.
- Communication with colleagues in Estates & Facilities, customers and suppliers for planning and booking maintenance works for out Soft FM Contracts.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
You'll have the following skills/experience:
- Good level of all of IT packages including outlook, word and excel.
- Ability to use own vehicle and prepared to travel to all trust locations.
- Work on own initiative
- Use of AmaT system, training will be provided
- Knowledge of NHS cleaning and waste standards
- Good Diary management
- Traveling daily
- Doing audits on NHS cleaning contractors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise own workload.
- Ability to apply attention to detail in carrying out tasks.
- Ability to work unsupervised
