Contracts & Compliance Manager

The vacancy DN Colleges are recruiting a Contracts & Compliance Manager to work across the Group (Doncaster College/University Centre, and North Lindsey College - Scunthorpe). The purpose of this role is the effective delivery of the Group's Property Strategy and ensuring compliance across contracts and the Estates Department.  The successful candidate will develop processes to ensure that all contract and audit related documentation for the Estates department is complete and accessible, they will also be required to review documentation in line with any changes to the site, and reviewing potential contracts and advising stakeholders - meaning this position has a great focus on attention-to-detail.  This role involves working with both internal and external stakeholders, so the successful candidate will have strong communication, presenting and influencing skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships.  The successful candidate will be qualified in Management, and ideally experienced and/or qualified within estate management (or equivalent - i.e. surveying or property management).  As part of the recruitment process and in-line with keeping children safe in education we will conduct social media checks on candidates that are shortlisted.  About us Here at Doncaster College and University Centre we understand that choosing what to do next can be a huge decision.
