Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Coordinator working within the Production area of our Client's company. This is a crucial role in order to support optimisation of operational performance through this proactive and customer-focused position as a Contracts Coordinator. As Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the seamlessly smooth operation of your customer portfolio by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction through the management of each operational milestone from contract handover to shipment of goods.

This role is a TEMP-PERM full-time role based from Headquarters within Slough working Monday to Friday in normal hours.

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)

Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Respond promptly and courteously to requests, concerns, and complaints, striving to exceed their expectations, always placing the " Customer 1st".

Coordinate with internal departments, including sales/commercial, operations and engineering to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.

Process orders (new and/or aftermarket), returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently through the loading of requirements/components into SAP to drive supply of both internal and external components within project timelines.

Vigilantly manage the orderbook intake for informed decision making.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the customer service department.

Host customers and inspectors on site related to your project.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the customer service team.

The Individual

Previous experience working within production for engineering

Customer service focused

Proficient in using an ERP software

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

This role is a temp-perm position within a fantastic company in Slough.
