Position: Electrical Contracts Manager

Location: Bristol, South West

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee projects ranging from £50,000 to £3,000,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead and grow within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within the industrial, commercial, and domestic sectors
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical engineering or project management would be advantageous
