Caledonian Construction are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to support our clients building maintenance contracts.
£55k - £65k [Depending upon experience]
Our London based Construction client is recruiting an additional Contracts Manager to the Building Maintenance team due to expansion.
This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join the team, hold accountability for the operational P&L and successful delivery of building maintenance contracts.
It will be your responsibility to ensure profitability across a high profile account
Other responsibilities include but aren't limited to
- Supporting Performance management of key suppliers and ensuring they deliver to company standards
- Health and safety compliance
- Analyse SLA and KPI Performance identifying areas of improvement
- Compiling monthly financial reports to present to the end client for payment.
- Manage escalations, operational issues and resolutions with all stakeholders
The successful Contracts Manager will have
- Qualifications equivalent to an HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Proficient in project costing and supervision for projects and reactive repairs valued up to £250k.
- Demonstrated success in project delivery within maintenance, building, or contracting sectors, with P&L management experience up to £2m.
- Familiarity with NEC, MTC, and JCT contracts, including supporting bid submissions by assessing contract costs against assets and SFG20 standards.
- Certifications in IOSH Working/Managing Safely, SSOW, PTW; RAMS.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager, managing multiple projects concurrently.
