The Role
You would be responsible for multiple, concurrent projects in the build, refurbishment and maintenance sectors. Projects valued £100k - £5m.
Key Responsibilities
- To have a strategic overview of company operations.
- Project development, programming and management to ensure all targets are met on time, within budget and to specification.
- To ensure costs align with budgeted projections.
- To hold site managers responsible for site safety and all work activities conducted on-site.
- To resource the Site Managers to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site employees.
- In collaboration with the Construction Director- recruitment and selection of all on-site full time and part time staff.
- Planning, coordination and control of all human resources to meet targeted outputs and client deadlines.
- To ensure correct quality, standards and precise specifications are met at all times.
- The management of quality systems and procedures, including the auditing of our teams.
- The maintenance of appropriate information systems in accordance with the needs of the Project Managers & Site Managers.
- To effectively communicate with the Project managers and Site Managers to ensure compliance to specification.
- To assist in the development of the project procurement schedule and monitor regularly to ensure that the project needs are met
