Contracts Officer

Contracts Officer required urgently for this 6 month contract position located in South Cambridgeshire.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with a view to going permanent
Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: South of Cambridge City  - on site 5 days a week
Salary: £40-45,000pa pro rata
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract agreements with clients, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.  It involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Main duties:

• Prepare, review and edit contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders, finance and project management teams
• Conduct negotiations with external parties
• Advice and provide guidance on contract terms and risks
• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance
• Identify and assess potential risks
• Stay informed about industry regulations
• Maintain a comprehensive and organised database
• Build and maintain relationships with clients

Your skills/experience:

• Solid commercial contracts experience
• Contract negotiations experience
• Client and supplier relationship management
• Hands on experience in creating, reporting and managing budgets
