- 3/4 years Paralegal experience
- Direct contract or commercial experience
- Great attention to detail

What you’ll do
- Draft and review legal documents including but not limited to confidential agreements, supplier agreements and statements of work.
- Provide guidance on legal and commercial risks to multiple internal departments.
- Understanding standard contractual terms and conditions.
