We pride ourselves on providing excellent training resources and opportunities to all our Contracts Specialists.

This is a permanent contract and the role can either be fully remote (working from home), based anywhere in the UK, or hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home), based at our Inchinnan offices near Glasgow Airport. Occasional travel within the EMEA region may be required.

What will you do?

  • Consult with other parts of the organisation on the interpretation of agreements in effect or in development
  • Educate and train employees on their role in contract negotiations and their obligations under the terms of various contracts and under applicable legal requirements
  • Work with other members of the Global Legal team including Division Counsel as needed

Who we are looking for:

  • Holds a law degree in a UK jurisdiction or has at last three years’ experience in a contracts-focussed role. A good working knowledge of contract law
  • Relevant experience in contract negotiation/drafting
  • Strong commercial awareness and business sense, with ability to navigate the various issues surrounding contracts, technology and corporate structure
  • Able to fully engage with and influence business partners
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Able to deal effectively and efficiently with a high-volume workload

What’s in it for you:

  • Excellent career progression opportunities with a large and growing global employer
  • Competitive salary & annual incentive bonus
  • Flexible benefits package which includes: 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays; holiday purchase scheme; discounted private health insurance & dental insurance; employer matched pension contributions up to 8%; discounted gym memberships & more
