Description
We are seeking a Control Room Operator to join our team. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various industrial processes and systems. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment by monitoring and controlling equipment and processes. You will be required to respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to ensure continuous operation. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting process data, analyzing trends, and communicating any abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.
Responsibilities
Monitor and control various industrial processes and systems
Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
Make adjustments to equipment and processes as needed
Document process data, analyze trends, and communicate abnormalities
Operate computer systems and software to monitor and control processes
Collaborate with team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Control Room Operator or in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in operating computer systems and software
Knowledge of industrial processes and equipment
This role is for WEEKENDS SATURDAY & SUNDAY ONLY.
Start Time: 19:00
End Time: 07:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.47
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
