We currently have vacancies within our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) facility in Pontefract. Our Control Room Operators are typically our first point of contact with our customers, responsible for the welfare of our Reliance Protect service users and first line of defence against criminal activity. A Control Room Operator should be passionate about what they do, take pride in making a difference and focused on the smallest of details.
Experience within an Alarm Receiving Centre is not essential, but you must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a positive approach. The role suites someone who is team orientated, self-motivating and success driven.

An SIA CCTV Licence would be desirable but not essential. All training will be provided.
Security Clearance checks are mandatory.
