An experienced Control Systems Engineer with at least 3 years of electrical engineering experience is needed to join our team at Control Freaks, one of the UK's leading industrial automation organisations based in Holbeach, on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will be required to relocate to or reliably commute to and from Spalding. Applicants must already be eligible to work in the UK, as we are not offering Visa sponsorship for this position.

About the Role
This person will be an experienced Control Systems Engineer. You will be expected to carry out design, software, commissioning, documentation, and servicing activities on machinery and process Control Systems from cradle to grave. The projects that you will be involved in will be multiple, various, highly specialised, and sometimes high profile.
You will have working knowledge of branded automation equipment (PLCs / HMIs / Inverters / Motion Control / Safety Systems / Robots / SCADA / Mitsubishi / Siemens / Rockwell / Omron / Schnieder / etc.), which you will use to implement and integrate it all to a high standard.
The role also requires some travelling with weekend and overtime availability.

Experience that is relevant to the role:
- Certificate of Higher Education
- Actual hands-on (UK / EU based) Electrical Engineering role for a minimum of 3 years (excluding time spent in education)
- Completed an electrical apprenticeship
- Are qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 / ONC
- Mitsubishi / Siemens / Rockwell / Omron based system
- PLC / HMI / Inverters / Motion Control / Robots / SCADA / MES / Coding
- Compliance (CE / UKCA), machinery / process
