Salary: £24,020 - £28,259 depending on skills & experience

As the Control Tower Scheduler you will assist in the administration of scheduling activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training.
What you’ll get to work on
  • Creating operational work orders and other associated administrative tasks; dispatching work orders, ensuring SLA’s are met, building relationships with Engineers, supporting the delivery plan targets
  • Co-ordinating work with other areas of the business and having a holistic view of all work required to be completed ‘on day’ and short to long term. E.G planning team, Manpower
  • Assisting in the delivery of training of new staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes and procedures
  • Participating in the measurement of individual and team objectives, to enable Network performance gaps to be identified and improved
  • Being highly organised with attention to detail to ensure data assurance and be able to interrogate systems e.g Click, SAP where required to obtain information requested by line manager.

Who are we looking for
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages
  • Ability to use other core systems (SAP, ClickSoftware)
