Exciting Projects:
*High-Performance Electric Motor: Collaborate on developing an Electric Motor for High-Performance, Luxury, Executive cars.
*In-Wheel Variant Electric Motor: Contribute to the creation of an In-Wheel Variant Electric Motor for a major automotive client.
*Electric Motor EVTOL: Participate in developing an Electric Motor for Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (EVTOL) aircraft.
*DC-DC Converter EVTOL: Participate in developing a DC-DC Converter for Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (EVTOL) aircraft.

Role Overview
As a Controls Software Engineer, you will provide specialist control software knowledge for industrialization-focused, individual, and collaborative programs in the area of electrical machines and drive systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on the specification, design, development, and calibration of control systems for advanced cross-sector technology projects.
Responsibilities:
*Apply industry knowledge of control software design to deliver successful project outcomes.
*Provide effective control engineering solutions, implementing model-based design techniques.
*Take responsibility for delivery of key software components, including algorithm modelling (MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow).
*Produce high-quality documentation and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
*Broad and deep knowledge of Controls Software design applied to electrical drives, electrification, and hybrid systems.
*High-level analytical capability to facilitate conceptual thinking, innovation, and creativity.
*Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and projects.
*Organizational ability to work well with a diverse cross-functional team.
*Proven track record in developing, applying, and delivering experimental and modelling research methodologies and techniques.
