We now have an exciting opportunity for a Shop Manager to join Aparthotel Birmingham

As a Shop Manager, you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members for our Nisa Local shop.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimise losses and optimise stock turnover.
• Actively sell and promote offers to our guests, upselling products and services where possible
• Serve in our ‘Food to Go’ counter
• To be trained in Level 3 Food Preparation and prepare breakfast, lunch, and also assist the Convenience Store assistant when required
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to boost sales.
• Monitor and manage expenses to ensure the shop operates within budget.
• Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
