We now have an exciting opportunity for a Shop Manager to join Aparthotel Birmingham
As a Shop Manager, you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members for our Nisa Local shop.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimise losses and optimise stock turnover.
- Actively sell and promote offers to our guests, upselling products and services where possible
- Serve in our ‘Food to Go’ counter
- To be trained in Level 3 Food Preparation and prepare breakfast, lunch, and also assist the Convenience Store assistant when required
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to boost sales.
- Monitor and manage expenses to ensure the shop operates within budget.
- Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately
