Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload, including the sale and purchase of properties, conducting searches, reviewing contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
- Provide excellent client care and support, ensuring that clients receive timely updates and assistance throughout the conveyancing process.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
