Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Conveyancing Administrator to work in an autonomous, varied property related role.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience in conveyancing who enjoys looking through archives and researching.
Duties to include:
- Deal with enquiries regarding land ownership
- Researching through archives to establish ownership
- Responding to enquiries
- Dealing with repair and maintenance requests
- Liasing with contractors to book works in
- The occasional site visit
- Registering land with Land Registry
- Scanning paper files onto the system
To apply for the role of Conveyancing Administrator you will need:
- Previous experience with conveyancing/property or lang registry
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work under own initiative
- Strong communication skills
