Role: Conveyancing Assistant

Location: Greater Sheffield

Salary: up to £27,000

A well-established, highly reputable regional firm are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding team in the Sheffield area.

In this role, you will:

• Liaise with various stakeholders of the firm
• Assist from instruction to post-completion, with duties including: opening files, completing SDLT forms, carrying out registrations and post-completions and much more.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience within residential conveyancing
• Great organisational and communication skills
• IT skills
