SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a local and reputable firm's leading Conveyancing department. We are currently looking for 2 Assistants to join my client's Bolton and Middleton based offices.
Across all of its service areas, the company is accredited by the industry in a variety of categories, including the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
This is due to continued growth within the team and having developed long standing relationships with well-established estate agencies.
This will be a client facing role and you will work to manage your own caseload of files, as well as support the Partner with more complex files. The Partner is friendly and down to earth and this culture maintains throughout the entire team.
In this role you will be responsible for opening files and attending to documents, use of the online case system, setting up and taking payments etc. The team is known for training and developing keen conveyancing professionals who are looking to pursue further qualifications such as the CLC or SQE routes.
I am ideally looking for applicants who have had previous experience in Conveyancing.
