This is a fantastic new role providing direct support to a fee earner within this active and expanding conveyancing team. You will be assisting with preparation of letters, emails and contract papers, liaising with clients and estate agents, dealing with sales enquiries and land registry applications. You will also be ordering online searches and chasing replies and instructions. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented and nurturing team, building on your skills and experience. ABOUT YOU:We are looking for a meticulous and self-driven person, with excellent administration, communication and IT skills. You will be knowledgeable of the conveyancing process through from sale to completion with at least 1 years experience in residential conveyancing.
