My client are an award winning firm who are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Conveyancing department or team.
As a Conveyancing Assistant your duties will include:
- Liaising with Estate Agents/Borrower and Lender
- Assist with Post Completion
- Help with preparation of contract packs
- Requesting redemption figures
- Submission of searches
As a Conveyancing Assistant you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in Conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
