SalaryConveyancing Assistant
One Step are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our client's team, based in Williton. The purpose of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to operate at optimum efficiency in the office.
You will be required to
- Accurately create and input documents onto the systems
- Drafting legal documents, filing and archiving the documents when needed
- Great organisational skills is required.
- General administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning and archiving
The role requires
- Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings for the Legal Advisor, which includes diary management.
- You will need to have experience in Legal Secretary roles, with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience in using Microsoft office, outlook and database administration is highly beneficial.

The Salary banding will start at £20,000- £25,000
