Conveyancing Assistant to join their growing team.To be considered for this position as a
Conveyancing Assistant, you must have:
- At least 12 months of conveyancing experience, specifically residential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage purchase files indepently
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Dealing with/raising enquiries
- Speaking to/updating clients
- Drafting documents
- Assisting with exchange and completions - including dealing with post-completion matters
