Conveyancing Assistant looking for a new challenge? I am delighted to partner with a well regarded, friendly law firm, renowned for their exceptional services to local clients and businesses. Due to a steady period of growth our client seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to add support to the existing conveyancing team, based from their Pontypridd office.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to conveyancing fee earners.
- Manage file operations, including opening and closing.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate search orders and raise enquiries.
- Perform typing and general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the entire conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
