Our client is a modern property law firm providing residential conveyancing services to clients across the West Midlands. Due to continued growth we are recruiting for either a conveyancing assistant or a paralegal to join the team at their Birmingham office. You will be experienced in Residential Property with knowledge from initial instruction through to post completion matters.

Duties include:
- Taking initial instructions from clients and assisting with file opening and client care documentation
- Updating clients on progress of matters
- Responding to emails, letters and enquiries
- Submitting land registry and SDLT applications
- Providing support to fee earners
- Updating client records
- Preparing legal bundles
- Liaising with third parties, brokers, agents and other solicitors
About you:
- Ideally you will have at least 12 months of experience in residential property
- An understanding of the SDLT and Land Registry portals are essential
- Strong typing skills
- IT Literate
- A relevant qualification or working towards would be beneficial
