We re looking for people with exceptional organisational skills and a professional approach to their work to become a Pre Exchange or High Street Conveyancing Case Officer, these roles are available due to business expansion.

Key Duties of the Conveyancing Case Officer
• Liaising directly with clients, developers and their solicitors, estate agencies, mortgage companies and brokers on the telephone and by email
• Administer daily work within the restrictions of GDPR, Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme and Solicitors Regulation Authority
• Progressing purchase files from start-up to exchange of contracts
• Reporting to clients on important documentation
• Ensuring all necessary requirements/legal obligations are met throughout the transaction
• Chasing outstanding documentation
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to during the transaction
• Participate in all the required professional CPD training programmes
Requirements for the role of Conveyancing Case Officer
• Ability to prioritise your workload and work calmly under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people either face to face, by telephone and via email
• Use IT systems efficiently
• Produce accurate work and have a keen eye for detail
• Having a willingness to learn and develop expert knowledge is essential as the legal industry is constantly evolving
• In a busy office, a polite and professional approach is a must
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using a case management system is desirable
• Previous legal admin experience, preferably in conveyancing, is desirable but not essential.
Education
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs A C/9-4 or equivalent is essential
