Conveyancing Fee Earner - Top Quality Work - Hybrid Working

Opportunity to work with one of the regions most respected property law firms who deal with work national basis. Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience of managing your own caseload and have the ability to run matters from inception to completion. 
You will be predominantly handling a caseload of new build transactions and managing a caseload of 100 - 120 matters from start to finish, however you be provided with assistance and a brand new case management system in place to assist with completions as much as possible. You will be managing a team of legal assistants and be tasked with ensuring their development and supervision.
You will be dealing with a mix of freehold & leasehold work on both registered & unregistered land matters. You will be dealing with a national portfolio of clients including London / South East based properties with values in excess of £500,000+
Salary will be circa £35k - £40k as well as benefits such as bonus & pension scheme. Both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners will be considered for this role, and salary will be based on experience not qualification.
