My client is currently seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join its busy and close-knit conveyancing team based in Market Harborough.
You would be assisting a solicitor in all aspects of the conveyancing process. Your duties would include but not be limited to:
- Ordering searches
- Drafting documents such as transfer deeds
- Taking client instructions
- Identification checks
- Dealing with exchange of contracts
- Setting up completions
- Translating dictation

You will have had at least one year of experience working within a conveyancing department at a private practice UK law firm. You will have an excellent phone manner and possess a keen eye for detail with a client-centric attitude in all the work that you do.
