TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting a well-established and respected law firm with a strong presence in the legal community. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Secretary to join the dynamic team in Frome.
About the Role:
There is a vacancy for a full-time, experienced Assistant to support a busy Conveyancer in the Frome Office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the firm's success and further develop their career in conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent secretarial support, ensuring seamless assistance to the Conveyancer.
Demonstrate high word processing and audio typing skills.
Maintain a professional and efficient telephone manner, handling client inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with the team to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Utilise good verbal and written communication skills to liaise with staff and key contacts at all levels.
Assess and analyse information quickly, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Display self-motivation skills and the ability to handle multiple work strands simultaneously.
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Secretary is essential.
What Is On Offer:
Competitive Salary - Dependent on Experience (DOE).
33 days annual holiday, including public holidays.
