The ideal candidate will be a bright and efficient Legal Secretary with experience working in a conveyancing department whilst assisting very busy fee-earners. Your duties will include audio typing, answering the telephone and dealing with clients.
You will also have a proven track record of dealing with the following:
- Completing registrations
- Completing Local Authority and other relevant pre-exchange searches
- Opening and dealing with the initial stages of the conveyancing transaction
- Producing Land Registry forms
An approachable nature and great attention to detail are also essential characteristics and you must enjoy working as part of a busy team.
