You will work with a highly experienced Solicitor and conveyancer and handle the following tasks:
Role: Secretarial support for Solicitor and Conveyancing executive with a bias on residential conveyancing. Candidates should be computer literate and capable of working independently. Experience in residential conveyancing is preferred and in all matters handled by a high street solicitors firm would be an advantage.
Duties include audio-typing, telephone duties to take initial messages for solicitor and provide updates to clients and estate agents, meeting and greeting clients in reception occasionally dealing with updates face to face. General administrative duties are also part of the role.
Good communication skills required with clients, other solicitor and other third parties in a professional courteous and timely manner by telephone, email and in person.
Demonstrate ability to maintain client confidentiality and to promote and preserve the goodwill of the firm.
Pay: Dependent upon experience
Normal Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
