We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal with a passion for providing outstanding service and a commitment to delivering the best possible results to clients. Working clolsely alongside the Residential Conveyancing Head of Department and supported by a wider team of Fee Earners, Paralegals and Legal Assistants, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of sale and purchase transactions.
The successful candidate will be confident in working independently, updating clients and introducers on the progress of matters, raising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses and providing detailed reports to clients, as well as dealing with pre-exchange and completion issues. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have strong technical knowledge of the sales, purchase and re-mortgage process and be comfortable running a mixed caseload of files with appropriate supervision.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing an outstanding service and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients. You will also have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise your work in order to meet tight deadlines.
