Salary Conveyancing Assistant - Cheadle
SJC is managing the recruitment process for a highly regarded Law firm in Cheshire who are looking for a Legal Secretary or Conveyancing Assistant to join their friendly property team. The business offers a highly competitive salary, a friendly working environment and the opportunity to progress.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Solicitors in managing their caseloads from start to finish
* Assist the solicitors with all new Leases and deal with all administrative tasks
* Provide an excellent sevice to the firms clients
* Deal with clients both face to face and over the phone
The Candidate:
* Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a Conveyancing position
* Have the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
* Experience dealing with leases would be preferrable but not essential
* Possess excellent organisational skills
