We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary/Legal PA with experience in residential conveyancing to provide support to two Fee Earners.This position offers parking, great benefits and a supportive work environment.Duties include: Supporting Fee Earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing Diary and email management Drafting transfers, contracts, leases, certificates of title, sales documents, collating auction packs and preparing transfers of sale Preparing Land Registry and Stamp Duty applications Performing and reporting on Anti Money Laundering procedures and complianceThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal PA with a background in residential conveyancing to join a reputable law firm located in Hertfordshire.
