A innovative, modern and forward thinking law firm are seeking a Senior Conveyancer to come and join their friendly, dynamic team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrable 5 years minimum experience handling their own caseload from the initial stages through to completion.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for running and managing the cases supported by 3 experienced Conveyancing Assistants.
Sales, purchase, Right to Buy and Re-mortgage experience is of vital importance as is a meticulous attention to detail.
The Salary for this position is negotiable; however the starting point has been indicated above £30k for the most suitable candidate along with opportunities to advance their career.
