Our client is a prestigious law firm based in Co Antrim. They currently wish to recruit a residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work within their property department. You will become part of a team which has a reputation for expertise and excellent customer service.
This is a full time permanent role.
In terms of experience the suItable candidate will have 2-4 years + PQE, you will be confident in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including Help to Buy ISA’s, buy to lets, repossession purchases, auction cases, NICOHA and Fairshare purchases, and new build purchases.
The successful candidate will also be commercially astute, as well as a wider appreciation of developing and consolidating strong relationships with other property professionals.
