Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor

• Handling a high value clientele caseload of Real Estate Conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Matters include; transactional and finance of prime central London properties, rural estates, and agriculture
• Mixed use portfolio management
• Attending marketing events and assisting with pitches
• Ensuring compliance with the firm's policies and procedures, as well as the relevant regulations and legislation

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Conveyancing Solicitor

• Qualified as a Solicitor with 3+ PQE
• Experience dealing with higher net worth clientele and prime central London properties
• Trained from a city or Westend firm
• Advantageous rural estate and agriculture experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• A team player, with a proactive and positive attitude
