• You should be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• You should have at least 2 years conveyancing experience

• The current successful team are based all across Cornwall and are busy!
• This is an expansion role, not a replacement

What will you do?

• In this role you will advise a full and varied range of clients
• Manage a varied caseload from instruction to post completion
• This caseload could involve sales & purchases, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions, freehold, leasehold, newbuild & affordable housing and auctions
• Develop & maintain relationships with introducers
• Where appropriate, manage complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants
