A highly reputable, multi-service law firm which has a large presence across the North West is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their high performing property team based in Stoke.

The Role
* Handle a mixed caseload Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchases, New Builds, Shared Ownership and Remortgage files from inception to completion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
* Delegate work to assistants and the support staff
* Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
* Deal with and raise enquires
The Candidate
* Possess a minimum of 3-4 years fee earning experience in a residential property role
* Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have the ability to build strong client relationships
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills
