Due to continued growth we have a new opportunity for a Coordinator to join a well established construction company in Redditch. You will be supporting the Operations Manager and Procurement teams in the management of order processing, hire equipment, vehicles, servicing etc.Coordinator responsibilities are:-
- Keeping record of all plant hire using Excel and RedSky procurement system.
- Work efficiently and professionally during periods of pressure
- Maintaining positive relationships with all suppliers involved
- Collating Live Hire reports from Supply Chain and carrying out reconciliations against the Excel Plant Book
- Supporting the Plant and procurement teams in issuing detailed enquiries to suppliers providing clarity of hires, calibrations and live pricing on RedSky
- Supporting the Plant department in completion of all on/off hires on the project's Excel and RedSky system including issuing of hire orders following the requisition process.
- Supporting the Plant and Procurement teams in working with internal and external staff to resolve order/invoice queries
