Copywriter - Advertising/Google Ads
12 Week Contract
Bradford
We’re looking for someone who is immediately available for a 12 week contract with a client of ours in Bradford. It’s a hybrid working role so you’ll need to be able to work from the office 2 or 3 days a week.
The role is focussed on advertising, they work with an advertising agency who buy advertising space on their behalf and we are looking for someone to manage this relationship and coordinate the creation of assets internally. This is quite a technical role, you need to be well versed in how best to write Google ad copy but not buying advertising or bidding - the agency will do this.
The main responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
Liaise with external advertising agency
Brief in-house teams to deliver content
Project management of asset creation for each media plan
Dispatch content to the advertising agency and sign off final proofs ready for going live
Write Google and Google Performance Max ads based on campaigns
Attend weekly WIP calls and manage actions
Project manage the delivery of the media plans, ensuring all teams are up-to-date on progress
Access Google Analytics dashboards to monitor performance
Work with colleagues to understand product USP’s and prepare ad copy to support this
Contribute to campaign briefs for new media plans
Ensuring that deadlines are not missed and assets are created and trafficked in plenty of time
Raising PO’s and budget management
We are looking for someone with experience in all of the above, due to a backlog of work having been built up, we’re need someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
