Join us as a Copywriting Manager at our vibrant Liverpool-based office, where creativity meets cutting-edge AI technology to shape persuasive sales communication. You’ll lead on all messaging activity across the group, with multiple brands in multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead on all copywriting for all brands within the group

· Write effective sales and marketing messaging/content

· Effective at editing others’ copy, making it more compelling and in line with the different brands’ tone of voice

· Work across different channels including: social (primarily LinkedIn) email, brochures, blogs, white papers and websites

· Work across multiple brands, in multiple countries

· Manage and oversee virtual team members in India

· Work alongside wider marketing, sales and operations teams to enhance their output through copy

What you will need:

· Degree in relevant field or with transferrable skills

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a copywriter, creating and editing content

· Demonstrable management experience

· B2B and B2C experience

· Experience in recruitment or another sales environment preferrable

· Thrives working at pace

· Good attention to detail

· Creative flair and innovative

· Embraces the use of technology including AI and automation
