Core Subjects Social Emotional Mental HealthTeachers needed in Redditch Immediately!

Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference in a young persons’ life?

Do you have experience working with young people with Social Emotional Mental Health?

Are you confident when delivering any of the Core Subjects (English, Maths, Science) in a SEND setting, up to KS5?

Core subjects’ Social Emotional Mental Health Teachers are required for a long-term role in a specialist SEMH school in Redditch.

A specialist SEMH school in Redditch is desperately a positive, enthusiastic & experienced Core Subjects SEMH teacher with exceptional empathy and behaviour management skills. They are based in Redditch and offer an alternative curriculum to students aged from 11 16 who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education.

The ideal Social Emotional Mental Health Teacher will have:

  • UK QTS with teaching experience (not mandatory)
  • A good knowledge of the national curriculum (English, Maths, Science)
  • The initiative, ability, and desire to deliver fun and engaging lessons
  • The ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupils
  • The ability to deal with and manage challenging behaviour
