Working as Corporate Account Hander, this is a varied opportunity where you will be required to provide first class support to the Account Executives in servicing a book of corporate clients through renewals and mid-term adjustments.
This is a great opportunity for you as an Account Handler to work for a leading insurance brokerage as part of their operation based out of fantastic offices in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely and collaboratively with Account Executives, to provide an excellent service to clients and ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Handling the renewal process and dealing with mid-term adjustments.
- Utilising the Acturis platform, ensuring all details are recorded accurately and kept up to date for each client.
- Dealing with client queries and giving accurate advice, responding in a timely manner.
Skills And Experience Required:
- Proven experience in the commercial/corporate insurance broking arena working as Account Handler.
- Will ideally be Cert CII qualified.
- Fantastic communication and client relationship skills, able to build rapport easily and deliver an excellent service at all times.
- Have a high attention to detail whilst being extremely organised and managing time effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
- GBP35,000-GBP40,000 Dependent on Experience
